ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రెవిన్యూ మరియు స్టంప్స్ డిపార్టుమెంటు మన ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మరియు రెవిన్యూ మరియు స్టంప్స్ మంత్రి కంబాలపాడు ఈదిగా కృష్ణమూర్తి పర్యవేక్షణ లో నడుస్తుంది. భూమి రికార్డు లు ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్-సమాచారం తొందరగా తెలుసుకోవడానికి మన ముఖ్య మంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారు ఏ సెక్టర్ కి అ సెక్టర్ ఏ డిపార్టుమెంటు అ డిపార్టుమెంటు కి వెబ్ సైట్ లు (ఈ సర్వీస్ లు ) తీసుకోని వచ్చారు. కానీ అ శాఖ లోని సాఫ్ట్ వేర్ నిపుణల నిర్లక్ష్యమో లేదా అ శాఖ అధికారుల నిర్లక్ష్యమో లేదా అ శాఖ మంత్రి అ విషయాలు అంతగా పట్టించుకోకపోవటమో తెలియదు కానీ ప్రభుత్వ వెబ్ సైట్ లు మాత్రం ఎప్పుడు సర్వీస్ ఎర్రర్ (సేవ లో లోపం ఉంది ) లేదా పేజి అండర్ కన్స్ట్రక్షన్ (పేజి నిర్మించపడుతుంది) అని చూపిస్తున్నాయి.
యెన్క్యుబ్రెన్స్ (Encumbrance) సెర్చ్ వివరాలు మరియు ఇతర భూమి రికార్డు ల వివరాలు ప్రజలు తెలుసుకోవడానికి ప్రభుత్వం http://registration.ap.gov.in/ అనే వెబ్ సైట్ ని ఏర్పాటు చేసారు. కానీ గత ౩ రోజులగా యెన్క్యుబ్రెన్స్ (Encumbrance) సెర్చ్ ఎర్రర్ రిపోర్ట్ చుపుస్తుంది , సర్లే కొత్త ఆప్షన్ ఇచ్చారు అని చూస్తే అవి పేజి అండర్ కన్స్ట్రక్షన్ (పేజి నిర్మించపడుతుంది) అని చూపిస్తుంది. ప్రభుత్వం ఇలాంటి వెబ్ సైట్ లు నిర్మించడానికి , నిర్వహణకి కొన్ని కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఖర్చు చేస్తుంది అయిన ఇటువంటి ఆటంకాలు రావటం హాస్యాస్పదంగా ఉన్నది.
ఈ శాఖ లో ఎంత నిర్లక్ష్యం ఉన్నదో, ప్రజల సొమ్ము ఈ సర్వీసులు ముసగులో ఎంత వ్యర్ధం చేస్తున్నారో ఈ ఒక్క సంఘటన చాలు అనుకుంట . అయితే ఈ శాఖ కు సాక్షాత్తు మన ఉపముఖ్యమంత్రి గారే మంత్రి అవడమే కొంచెం బాధాకరం.
నిర్లక్ష్యం ప్రభుత్వం అధికరులలోనే కాదు, ప్రభుత్వ వెబ్ సైట్ లు నిర్వహించడం లో కూడా ఉండటమే నవ్వలో ఏడవాలో తెలియన సందిగ్ద అవస్తలో ప్రజలను ఉంచుతుంది.

Government of India started its services to deliver information through its official Government websites.
On that regard Government of Andhrapradesh Digitalized land records and started its service for information purpose through a domain http://registration.ap.gov.in/ in this website you can find information regarding to registered documents, encumbrance search etc…. this websites are developed by National informatics center (NIC).
Mr. K.E Krishna Murthy is Minister for Registration and stamps department. The web service provided by this department is not working efficiently from past three days onwards, this is not first time regarding to deficiency in service previously many times this website had trouble in rendering services.
If a viewer want to seek encumbrance search information the website is showing error report. Later they inserted a new option to check encumbrance search but the option is showing page is under construction.
State Government is utilizing plenty of funds to maintain websites of Government like this. On the face of it itself is showing how much efficiently concerned IT department is working. There was a gross negligence in maintaining this government websites in Andhrapradesh. whose negligence it may the sufferers are general public.
The main concept of launching this websites is for avoiding agent (brokerage) culture in Revenue department for basic information but this type of deficient services shows how the concern department is working.
