SCROLL DOWN FOR ENGLISH VERSION     క్విక్ ఆంధ్ర వెబ్ రిపోర్ట్ :  ⌨  :   జాతీయ మానవ హక్కుల కమిషన్ వలసదరులను  తిరిగిపంపిచివేసే కార్యక్రము పైన సుమోటో గా తీసుకోని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వనికి నోటీసు లు అమల జరిపింది ఈ నోటీసు లు యూనియన్ హోం మినిస్టర్ వారికీ వారి సెక్రటరీ ద్వార అమలుజరిపారు, . మయన్మార్  నుంచి వలస వచ్చిన  రోహింగ్య తెగ కు చెందిన    40000 మందిని తిరిగి వారి దేశానికీ పంపించే ప్రక్రియ కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టింది అయితే సుప్రీమ్ కోర్ట్ వారు ఆర్టికల్ 21 ప్రకారం జీవించే హక్కు మరియు స్వేచ్చ హక్కు కి పౌరసత్వం తో సంబంధం లేదు అనే వ్యాఖ్యలను గుర్తు చేసుకుంటు , వలస వచ్చిన వారు ఇప్పటికే పాలు రాష్ట్రాలలో స్థిరపడి ఉన్నారు అని వారిని తిరిగి వారి దేశం కి పంపిస్తే అ దేశం వారు ఈ వలస వచ్చిన వారికి హాని తలపెట్టే ప్రమాదం ఉంది అనే విషయాన్ని గుర్తించి భారత దేశం ఎంతో మంది వలస వచ్చిన వారికీ నివాసముగా ఉన్నది అని గుర్తుచేస్తూ , ప్రస్తుత ప్రభుత్వం వలస వచ్చిన వారి పై చర్యలు తీసుకుంటము అని ప్రభుత్వం  చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలు పై నలుగు వారలు లో వివరణ ఇవ్వాలి అని ఆదేశించారు.

QUICKANDHRA WEB REPORT  :  ⌨  :   The National Human Rights Commission has taken su motu cognizance of media reports regarding the plans of the Government of India ot deport about 40000 illegal Rohnigya immigrants from Myanmar, who are residing in various parts of India. It has issued to Union Minister, through its secretary calling for a detailed report in matter within four weeks. While the Honourable Commission remembered the statement of the Supreme Court of India regarding to Article 21 Right to live and freedom irrespective of citizen ship of India    and the comission also stated that the migrants were settled in different regions of the Country. The  Commission also contended that teh Government has to look every aspect of situation, keep in the fact into focus that, the members of Rohnigya Community, who have crossed into the Indian borders and residing here for long, have fear for persecution once they are pushed back to their native country. The commission also held that from the Human Rights angel, its intervention is appropriate in the matter.
