For Date of Birth Corrections or for linking Mobile number with Aadhar card shall be done manually and officially by this service centres. But not assistance is given in this Aadhar centre. The illiterates are the real victims in this issue. There is no assistance provided in this Aadhar centre to enquire of any of the proceedings as well as there is no time guarantee for completion of the work such as linking the mobile number or for corrections to be made.
Weekly twice the server will be down and in the rest of working days the public have to wait until .... sorry depending upon their patience.
If any one want to link their Mobile number or have to make corrections in their Aadhar Card they have to give a full day for such work which is nothing but a punishment to the card holder. This is not a service it is a "DHANDA" . The system was introduced by government and rules were framed to link Aadhar card to every beneficiary and identity to grab the data of the people for their convenience and made a nominal fee for the corrections and linking. This is enough to Justify the word "Dhanda" .
It is evident from the Video clip we provided herein below that there is deficiency in service in Aadhar centres. Residents of Chintalapudi Mandal are struggling a lot to obtain this services.
